Not working as it should Toner leaves streaks on the margins. The actual toner in the cartridge rattles like rocks instead of powder. No response from Amazon on how to address the issue.
Old tonner Called Brother as the print quality was very poor. Upon checking the tonner serial number, Brother office said the the tonner is old (quite few years) and this caused poor printing. I'm surprised that Amazon allows such old (and probably expired) product to be sold.
Compatible at Genuine Price I did not get 8000 copies from this tune a cartridge. Also, I am getting ink splatter. I am very disappointed as it was advertised as genuine.

GARBAGE---DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! We operate a small business and normally buy the less expensive off brand toner. Volume has been increasing and decided to use the "Brother" brand toner for longevity. Needless to say we ordered product on 09/25/21 and it sat on our shelf once received until 02/17/22 and the toner is worse than the one we removed that was totally worn out. Tone Cartridge came broken. Toner cartridge came broken. Did not open for a couple of months, was a backup when my other runs out. Now I cannot return it. Lost $110. Bes sure to open and test right away.
