Leaky Toner Total disappointment with this. Almost right away started getting spots all over pages and has become worse and worse over time. Pulled out toner cartridge and found heaps of toner everywhere. Blew it all out and still getting a mess of specs all over pages. Will throw out and try again with a low-yield unit from Staples.

False advertisement This toner does not print 8000 pages. It printed less than 3000 pages. I will never buy this again.
Functionality We purchased this on September 28, 2020 for our office. It is now running low on ink and we have not even printed 300 pages. We would like to request a refund as this cartridge is defective. I have been a brother customer for years now and this is the first time this happens.
Old stale toner sold as new The toner cartridge was sold a new toner, but it was obvious from the packaging that it was an old product by Brother's. When the sealed package was opened, there were spilled toner within the packaging and cartridge. Installed the "new" cartridge onto my printer and began a test print. The test print was terrible. Total rip off At best got 50% or 4000 out of the 8000 pages and is now saying my toner is low???? Thought I was suppose to get 8000 pages? Barely even half.
Leaking toner all over the place. All of a sudden, my print jobs are coming out covered in toner. The culprit? My genuine Brother toner cartridge. It is making a huge mess. On the plus side, I've owned this printer for years and this is the first time a toner cartridge has done this,
Damage to package This is disrespectful and unacceptable to damage a package with a fragile item that is extremely essential to me running my business daily.
Leaky Cartridge I bought a replacement high-yield toner cartridge shortly after I purchased my new Brother MFC L5900DW to have as a backup. The starter toner cartridge which came with the machine ran out a couple weeks ago, so I put this new one in. It is leaking toner all over the inside of my printer. Everything I print has what looks like a film of black snow on it. I was trying to be proactive, and have a spare on the shelf, but now I am just screwed.
