Todd is very knowledgeable and friendly and makes the experience painless and pleasant. We have refinanced several homes over the years and each time Todd and his team have done all the work and made the process nice and easy. Todd will help you understand if and when it might make sense to pull the trigger on a refi. We thought we already had the best rate possible however, after talking with Todd, we were able to lock in an even lower rate. Todd has saved me ton's of money! You wont regret it!

Absolute integrity and professionalism. 2017: referred by dental hygienist to refinance my condo. Unfortunately, ended up falling through; attributable to condo bldg prop mgmt co's lender questionnaire subcontractor. 2019: return to try again after staff turnover; refinance successful. 2020: rates continuing downward, unprecedented like everything else this year, justified an entirely new mortgage. Would certainly return (indeed have, twice) and highly recommend.
