We had Initially refinanced in Feb before the Covid and dramatic rate drops. Todd kept a close eye on the market and a few months down the road seized on an optimum time to revisit our opportunity. When we had originally went from a 4% loan to a 3.625%, Todd was able to lock us in at 2.875% exceeding what we originally were trying to accomplish.
