We had them out to do work in our crawl space and they were great, the foreman kept us informed on everything they were doing and when, cleaned up the work site great. Would definitely have them back if needed and recommend them to everyone.

The folks at Toledo Basement Repair are a delight with which to work. We have engaged them twice within two years. They waterproofed our basement in summer of 2020. Still dry a year later! I had Toledo Basement repair install an egress on my house. They had a competitive bid, an were very professional in their presentation. The installer {Brian} and crew were very considerate of my and my neighbors property. I watched each step. Brian is more than a good technician, he is a craftsman. Perfect job start to finish. We had some cracks in our basement foundation that we wanted looked at. When we called they were very polite and set us up for an appointment a few days later. The gentleman doing the estimate was on time, showed us exactly what needed to be done and did not over sell us. He checked the entire basement, along with the exterior of the house (it's brick) to make sure there were no other issues. We quoted a price that was reasonable.
