***** and **** did a great job installing our egress window. They were timely, professional, and communicated clearly. They took care cleaning up the work area, and restoring the ground when done. ***** and his team made quick work protecting our basement from leaks. Their finish work is clean and professional.

Luckily a friend of mine referred me to Toledo Basement Repair to complete my crawl space renovation. John Thomas is not only courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain in detail what is being done each day. He is always available to answer any questions I may have with a concise answer. My crawl entry is located in my home and John and his crew are very careful and respectful of my home while working. Thus far in day two of this project, these guys are exceeding my expectations.

I had a MAJOR disaster in that my crawl space flooded with 9" + . Yes that was not a typo. I hired someone to drain the water and quickly began the task of finding just the professional organization to take care of this disaster. I went to the "big name" company who did all the commercials about "breathing better". Then I called Toledo Basement Repair and received the 5* service. Highly recommend Toledo Basement Repair! Jim and Damien were very professional and made the process of installing steel support beams in our basement a breeze. Jim explained the whole process of the remedy and was very thorough. Kevin and his office staff were responsive and knowledgeable. Everett was willing to call me with recommendations about additional questions I had for my backup sump pump. Great experience!

Outstanding company with integrity! Professional, knowledgeable, polite, punctual, - hard to pick just a couple of words to describe this company and the experiences we had. Had an escape hatch window installed in our basement in Perrysburg in middle of December 2021. Great from start to finish. Workers went above and beyond to get the job done right and efficiently. Kept a clean, safe worksite and communicated and listened very well. Definitely would use then again if needed. Dennis P.

Great job from start to finish. ***** and his crew were polite, prompt, and professional. My basement was a challenge as they had to take off paneling and rip out carpeting which was wet. They covered areas that they walked over to minimize dirt/dust, hosed down my driveway after mixing the concrete and left everything clean. My basement looks so much better...and it's dry!
