I can't say enough good things about **** ******and his crew (****** ******* *** *****) and I didn't get the name of the young man that helped dig the trench. It was a challenging job because the floor was thicker than normal, but in spite of it, they were very thorough. It took them longer than normal, but were still conscienceous of their work. John and his crew did a great job. Fast, professional, respectful. The communication was amazing. Over all did a beautiful job. Went above and beyond to ensure I know exactly my basement waterproofing system works. My waterproofing drainage came out excellent as well as the waterproofing membrane on my basement walls. My outer cell sump discharge was exactly where I wanted and looks great. Over all I'm extremely impressed and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again guys

Thank you Toledo Basement. Your employee, Jim, did an exemplary job installing a "well" for my crawl space. Amazing attention to fine details on the interior and exterior of my home. He even washed my window because mud splashed on it. I could not believe how meticulous he was with his work. He called before he came, came when he said he was going to....who does that? ***** and **** did a great job installing our egress window. They were timely, professional, and communicated clearly. They took care cleaning up the work area, and restoring the ground when done. ***** and his team made quick work protecting our basement from leaks. Their finish work is clean and professional.

Luckily a friend of mine referred me to Toledo Basement Repair to complete my crawl space renovation. John Thomas is not only courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain in detail what is being done each day. He is always available to answer any questions I may have with a concise answer. My crawl entry is located in my home and John and his crew are very careful and respectful of my home while working. Thus far in day two of this project, these guys are exceeding my expectations.

I had a MAJOR disaster in that my crawl space flooded with 9" + . Yes that was not a typo. I hired someone to drain the water and quickly began the task of finding just the professional organization to take care of this disaster.
