This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish. We met with *** in late fall to have an egress window put in. We were told that they were scheduled out until mid-January-February depending upon the weather. We were given notice about a week out that there was an opportunity to start working on our project. They always promptly returned calls or left messages. ***** was our supervisor on the job. He called to introduce himself and to explain what to expect when they arrived. Great company! Installed an egress window, new drain tile. Very organized from start to finish. Salesman Joe was very thorough with pictures, price quotes and what to expect and when. Project manager called a week out and laid out what would happen. Brian the installer called every day to inform me they were on their way. When they arrived each day they had EXACTLY what they needed on the trucks for that day. Brian and his crew were very professional and courteous. My home is built on a ravine and needed foundation repair. Kevin O. is very knowledgeable and explained the helical pier system and how it would resolve the problem. Brian was the installer. He would text each morning letting us know he was on his way. He is very courteous and did an excellent job working in a very tight area on the side of a hill. Okay I've never worked with any company that has been as efficient, on time, as thorough, and concerned as this company and that's just fact. I mean, your folks were here on time every time they called and said they were coming, which was a nice feature.
