I'm a big time do-it-yourself type person but when I saw water in the basement I knew this was a project that I didn't have enough time to handle on my own. I also knew the project wouldn't be cheap no matter who did the work. I can't say enough good things about **** ******and his crew (****** ******* *** *****) and I didn't get the name of the young man that helped dig the trench. It was a challenging job because the floor was thicker than normal, but in spite of it, they were very thorough. It took them longer than normal, but were still conscienceous of their work. John and his crew did a great job. Fast, professional, respectful. The communication was amazing. Over all did a beautiful job. Went above and beyond to ensure I know exactly my basement waterproofing system works. My waterproofing drainage came out excellent as well as the waterproofing membrane on my basement walls. My outer cell sump discharge was exactly where I wanted and looks great. Over all I'm extremely impressed and will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again guys

Thank you Toledo Basement. Your employee, Jim, did an exemplary job installing a "well" for my crawl space. Amazing attention to fine details on the interior and exterior of my home. He even washed my window because mud splashed on it. I could not believe how meticulous he was with his work. He called before he came, came when he said he was going to....who does that?
