Have stronger communication system with your customers. Perhaps make a website where it has a progression bar and allows them to see the current location of their mortgage application. And if they need to provide more documentation or have questions it can be displayed and possibly even submitted directly to the site for more fluidity and transparency of the loan process.
If I understood the process a little better or was informed in the beginning of the total process.
I knew what I wanted but I was SO nervous about navigating the the actual purchase of a home. Tom and his team guided me through the process, pointed me in the right direction and provided the necessary resources to accomplish my goal of owning my own home. I am so happy and full of appreciation!
