We enjoyed working with Tom. Overall, it was a great experience. There were a few lapses in communication which weren’t preferable. Particularly, when my employment verification was sent to the telephone number of my workplace and not the fax number. This wasn’t discovered until over a month later, which left me scrambling to get the paperwork completed so we could get our final approval in time. But, aside from a few glitches, we were very happy with Tom’s work.
Tom was professional and friendly. I think when you deal with something as cumbersome as mortgages, there are bound to be bumps in the road. However, Tom helped us navigate the mortgage landscape and ultimately we are pleased with the outcome.

Tom was absolutely fantastic. The whole loan disbursement process was simple, quick and transparent. He is really knowledgeable about the market and was patient enough to answer all my questions even on weekends. He takes care of his customers and value their time and money. I definitely recommend him hands down.
