We have used Tom for several loans in the past. We began the process of refinancing our home prior to the COVID-19 quarantine procedures. Tom was excellent to work with as he provided less-traditional methods to ensure we were able to close on our loan without any outside contact. He came to our house for the signing of the closing documents and took them to the title company for us. He really went out of his way to make sure we were able to get our loan completed. Thank you, Tom!
Tom made everything easy on my wife and I as we were first time homebuyers. His knowledge goes very deep into the subject and was able to communicate on our level to make everything easy.
