I have already left a google review but this place is so good I'm leaving another one. Been bringing my cats here for years. Whether it was putting one down from cancer, or simply checking up on my cats, Topaz has yet to frustrate me in any way. During the latest check-up for my two cats Dr.B went into great detail about the health of both, and gave beyond amazing explanations for asthma medication options. I am so thankful that Topaz is our clinic. We have two pups. One is very resilient and only visits Topaz for an annual check up, which have always been great experiences. Our other pup...well, he's needed so much care and we've needed so much help. Topaz has been there with us every step of the way. I took my senior cat Cuddles to this clinic for the last ~1.5 years of his life. Very glad to have found this clinic. I worked with both Dr. Bourne and Dr. Marzke throughout Cuddles's time as their patient and received great care from them both. I even moved away from Tempe at one point and still gladly made the 25 min commute to their office for Cuddles's appointments instead of finding a new clinic. I wish I could give 10 stars! My first visit was wonderful - Dr. Bourne listened to my concerns and she was very caring and understanding about the care of my dog, Missy. Every one of the staff was friendly, and the place was extremely clean. Missy got her teeth cleaned with 2 extractions and she feels better. They also cleaned her ears and gave her a professional pedi. You can see she's a happy girl. I'm so glad I chose Topaz Vet! Missy is too!
This review is long overdue. Topaz is an amazing clinic and I had been taking my dog to Dr. Berthiaume for a few years. After moving further away from the clinic and taking a job with unpredictable hours I started going to a vet closer to my home, but when my dog needed surgery, I reached out to Dr. B for his opinion. Very friendly place. We've been coming to this office for 9 years and have never have issues with the staff or Drs. Very caring group of vets here.
We are new clients. The Topaz clinic works hard to provide safe, quality, and friendly services for its clients. Although mostly everything is communicated over the phone due to COVID 19, you can still feel that everyone at the clinic cares about the wellbeing of my furry little one. Dr. M. was patient and understanding of my individual situation and concerns. I am glad that I found this place for my little one.
I absolutely love the staff here! I primarily see Dr Bourne who is so helpful when I have 1000 questions about my pets. There have been a few times that my fur babies have seen Dr. B who is just as awesome and is very thorough in his explanations which really helps when the appointments are contactless. The technician Katie has also seen all 3 of my pets since the time they were babies and she is truly a one of a kind and one of my favorite people! Topaz Vet Clinic has been incredible. Our aging dog has needed to visit several times in recent months. Both Dr. Marzke and Dr. Berthiaume have been incredibly patient and kind. They always make time to answer our questions and to provide proper treatment for our dog. I am so appreciative for their time and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this vet clinic.
