Dr Martze and team were amazing!!! Such a kind, compassionate, and sweet vet. My dog instantly felt comfortable around her and the vet tech that helped us out. Didn't wait for too long but also didn't feel rushed out either. First time my pup didn't resist to go with strangers to the back of the clinic to get his shots! They even sent us home with a toy that my dog loves.

We've been seeing Dr. B since he had a practice in Scottsdale back in 2002. We followed him to his current location, even though its across town, because there simply is no one else we would want handling our pets. Two cats and three dogs later, He and Dr. Marske have been there for us every step of the way. They are both thorough, highly skilled and knowledgeable, but most importantly you can see they just love their patients. Great vets and genuinely great people.

We have been looking for a vet clinic like this for years. We saw Dr. B and couldn't be happier. We had our soon to be 11 yr old lab in for a check up and shots and were pleasantly surprised at how friendly not only the front desk staff but the vet tech and Dr. B were. There wasn't the pushing of services that a lot of clinics do. We are looking forward to taking our other two boys to get established with Dr B!

What a gem hidden away in a strip shopping center! I wasn't happy with the large company chain I had been taking my dog to for years. I took a chance on Topaz Veterinary Clinic and knew immediately that this is what my dog and I were looking for. The staff are wonderful and Dr. Berthiaume could not have been kinder. He's knowledgeable and experienced and shared as much information as he could with me to educate me further. I was grateful. Don't hesitate to bring your fur baby to Topaz Veterinary Clinic.

Most realistic compassionate Veterinarian ever. Not there for just the money but because they really care. Dr B was awesome, and handled outlet dogs illness with true respect and compassion!

I have already left a google review but this place is so good I'm leaving another one. Been bringing my cats here for years. Whether it was putting one down from cancer, or simply checking up on my cats, Topaz has yet to frustrate me in any way. During the latest check-up for my two cats Dr.B went into great detail about the health of both, and gave beyond amazing explanations for asthma medication options. I am so thankful that Topaz is our clinic. We have two pups. One is very resilient and only visits Topaz for an annual check up, which have always been great experiences. Our other pup...well, he's needed so much care and we've needed so much help. Topaz has been there with us every step of the way. They call us to check in, they have been gracious enough to reach out to specialists, they listen when I cry. Topaz truly cares just as much as I do about my pets. I took my senior cat Cuddles to this clinic for the last ~1.5 years of his life. Very glad to have found this clinic. I worked with both Dr. Bourne and Dr. Marzke throughout Cuddles's time as their patient and received great care from them both. I even moved away from Tempe at one point and still gladly made the 25 min commute to their office for Cuddles's appointments instead of finding a new clinic. I wish I could give 10 stars! My first visit was wonderful - Dr. Bourne listened to my concerns and she was very caring and understanding about the care of my dog, Missy. Every one of the staff was friendly, and the place was extremely clean. Missy got her teeth cleaned with 2 extractions and she feels better. They also cleaned her ears and gave her a professional pedi. You can see she's a happy girl. I'm so glad I chose Topaz Vet! Missy is too!
