Love Dr. B and Dr. M. They are informative and never push services. They genuinely care for animals and their owners/people. They always take their time and listen to my concerns. They were especially respectful of how I chose to deal with my dog's Mast Cell Tumor diagnosis and help to advise me on all my non-surgical options. I would highly recommend this office. Short wait times and great with pets.
We have been seeing Dr. B and Dr. M for a few years now, and they have always been great, but this week we had to make the difficult decision to put down our sweet cat, and Dr. B and his staff were nothing but kind, compassionate, and helpful. Took my beloved Scottie to Topaz for overall exam and vaccinations. The receptionist, vet tech, and Dr B did an outstanding job! Spotless facility, friendly environment, excellent professional care, and welcomed explanation of optional services. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sarah Marzke. She was willing to go the extra mile to help me with my aging dog. She was thorough, kind, and compassionate without pulling any punches. I felt her honesty helped me greatly. I would highly recommend her.
I have been taking my dog to Dr. Marzke for acupunture for several months now. After a back injury, the acupunture has been amazing. My dog is taking less Prednisone now and is full of energy and getting back to himself. He loves going to Topaz - nearly drags me in the door. Thank you for your love and compassion and for getting my buddy back to his old self.
The best vet's office I have ever been to. They actually CARE about your pet and are not all about the $$$ or ways to increase your bill. Dr. B has been simply amazing. He is very thorough and clearly explains everything. He is patient and you don't feel rushed. After moving to Tempe, we established care with Dr Berthiaume for our dog. He has been fantastic. He doesn't push unnecessary testing, so it has never felt like a sales visit. He takes a few minutes at the start of each visit to sit on the floor with our dog and make her feel comfortable. At the most recent visit, there was an issue on her exam that was worrisome for a bigger problem. He recommended blood work, which we agreed to. Friendly staff and great vet. I am very happy to have found them to take care of my 3 dogs.
My wife and I have had a great experience at Topaz with our new puppy. The prices are very reasonable compared to other vets we've been to with previous pets. Dr Marzke is amazing. She listens to any concerns we have and answers all of our questions thoroughly. Topaz will be our veterinary clinic from now on.
