Dr. B is amazing, he takes his time explaining scenarios and treatments. The staff was very friendly and gentle with my little chi. He listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for my elderly dog to treat her and keep her comfortable. I will definitely be returning with all of my pets for any future needs. I think the few bad reviews where people are reviewing based on a phone call or a long wait are unfair as there are always other unforeseen variables. I can't recommend this vet enough. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for about 3 years for our pit bull Sam. Dr. Berthiaume is awesome. He goes above and beyond to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. He is super personable and genuinely cares about your pet's well-being. We have only had one appointment with Dr. Marzke, but she was just as great!
Friendly staff with great recommendations. Just got my first puppy and went in for a check up to make sure all was well and vet gave me excellent tips and tricks.
I wanted to write this review to compliment Topaz on their excellent customer service! Their prices are reasonable and office is clean. From the front desk, to the vet techs, to Dr B. and Dr. M I've always felt like everyone really cares. Thanks for giving such great service!

I'm so happy I found this place when my husband and I moved to AZ 2 years ago. When we got here our dog had just turned 13 years old. He had arthritis and some other issues that just come along with getting older. It was always easy for me to get an appointments even though they are a busy place. They never made me feel rushed or that they were trying to get me out of a room for the next appointment. Excellent service, excellent care of my dog and me! I am so happy that Topaz Veterinary Clinic offers acupuncture and cold laser therapy. My dog's mobility and stamina are improving with each treatment and she loves being there!! The environment is welcoming, warm, friendly and all about patient and owner care. I am so grateful for Topaz Vet Clinic and for the Vets and all of their staff! Leila is too!!!

This was my first time here and it was wonderful. Started with a nice greeting from the receptionist who immediately began our exam (never did have to sit in their waiting area), we then made it into an exam room where a tech came in and preformed the initial assessment. She informed me that if the vet was busy she would send in another tech to have my dogs nails trimmed. I had a great experience with this vet...he had a great personality, listened and did not charge me a fortune! I did not feel taken advantage of... or pushed too hard for recommended treatments. He gave me all the information needed and said he would support our decisions either way. I would highly recommend this vet! The first visit is 1/2 off for new patients. Our first visit w/ a full exam and all shots were less than $100.
