I recently moved to Tempe and chose Topaz because of the good reviews. I have taken my 2 cats there a few times since and the service has been excellent. I have a lot to compare them to since I've had pets for about 30 years now and been to lots of vets. I'll be using Topaz and recommending them to my friends. Both Dr. B and Dr. M have gone out of their way, not just during visits, but calling me and emailing me after hours. The prices are reasonable, and the care and attention they have given to my cats is exceptional.
We are SO happy with the outcome of our little Harley's dental. He ended up needing 4 teeth extracted and a pretty extensive cleaning. Dr. B and his staff took good care of him. Everything happened when they said it would, and our little Harley pup didn't have a single complication and has healed completely. He didn't need the pain meds they gave us, and he's back to his normal spunky self! I feel so lucky to have found this place and will go back to them for future vet needs.
You just can't say enough good things about the doctors at the Topaz Veterinary Clinic. They truly care for your pets and it shows. While I don't have a ton of experience with veterinarians, I do know good people when I meet them and I know how much they helped my family and I when it was time for our dog to be put down. Went here (it's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it) after a horrible experience with another vet. My dog, who is a great judge of character, felt very comfortable here and with the vet. The exam was thorough. The vet discussed the entire spectrum of possibilities (around urinary tract infections and incontinence) and possible investigations. Hands down, the best veterinary clinic I've ever experienced! Dr. B & Dr. Marzke are not only clinically excellent, they are also so warm & helpful. They truly care about each animal & pet parent & it shows. They take the time to explain everything to each pet parent & to ensure you understand everything before you leave. My husband and I took our dog here today because he was limping badly. The staff here were very nice and helpful. They gave us plenty of different options and were actually extremely considerate and took our financial situation in accounts. And Dr. B was extremely nice and informative of what the problem was. I would highly recommend this place for your pets!
Most kind and caring vet I've ever been to. My dog had two surgeries and the staff here was so wonderful on calming my nerves. They called before during and after surgery, without me asking , just to keep me updated on his status. They did a free follow up visit and have even checked up on him since.
Dr. B literally saved Ryder from a bad vet and I love both Dr. Berthiaume and Dr. Marzke. Dr. Marzke just did a Neuter on my dog yesterday and he is 3 years old. I was just so scared to do it especially since I had a very bad experience with our 1st vet. I love how she walked me through the entire process every step of the way and even gave me a tour before. I absolutely loved the staff here. Dr. Berthiaume was awesome! He and everyone were so kind. I was so nervous my cat was gona hate going but I think she actually liked it. You could tell they actually cared about the animals. And even when the tests proved negative against any infections for my cat, they still offered many tips to help us out.
