They were very patient with our Penny who is always anxious. They provide quick to update and provide information on her condition and treatment plan

Had a very positive experience taking our cat here . Even with COVID restrictions, they managed to give our cat a thorough exam, answer in depth the questions we had about a procedure he is to undergo and truly left us impressed with their professionalism. The vet (Dr W.) was very personable and we left feeling very comfortable that our cat would be in good hands. Highly recommend this practice for other pet lovers who feel their pet deserves the same high quality medical care that they want for themselves. Sharon P.

We love our vet. They are wonderful at getting us in if we have an emergency and everyone always is so friendly and cares about the dogs.
Very nice, very professional people at a very nice place. They've done very well by all5 of our furbabies so far. New policy...they no longer carry Revolution flea/tick/heartworm prevention meds for dogs there, only cats. And if you use mail order for those, you need to go in and get an actual paper prescription to mail in yourself, which they won't give you unless they've had a recent heartworm checkup, so plan accordingly! Overall, very pleased with their service.
This place has taken care of a lot of dogs I love - from my parents dogs to my own. They do a great job, explain everything well, and show they really care about the animals. I highly recommend them for any vet needs.
Horrendous. My dog has a severe respiratory infection. Total Bond conducted an X-ray and prescribed antibiotics and prednisone. He hasn't improved in the two weeks on meds, so Total Bond prescribed a stronger antibiotic. Total Bond offered a written prescription for the new antibiotic, advising me to have it filled with an online pharmacy, because the cost was much better; four times less, to be exact. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I have a cat with a broken leg who was hit by a car and I rushed him to the hospital. A year later I still have him. This veterinarian service IS THE WORST! They are absolutely RUDE They harass you about your appointments. Again this cat has a complete broken leg. They were disgustingly rude to my mother and my fiancé. If any vet needs to get shut down it's this place. EVERYBODY AVOID THIS HEADACHE. I WILL TURN EVERYONE AWAY FROM THIS PLACE & NEVER RECOMMEND IT! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE HOLE

We've been with them for 3 years and it's been mediocre service at best. They continue to not communicate with each other about client requests and I feel they really try to oversell you on unnecessary items. They tried to shame me on getting heart worm medicine cheaper elsewhere. Will find another vet...

My visit to TotalBond reminded me of when you go to get an oil change and end up spending $$$ because the "Professional" told you that you needed to do everything under the sun to rack up your bill. The people there are friendly and kind and they FEEL like people you can trust, but BEWARE! I ashamedly allowed the vet to prematurely administer vaccinations/boosters to my dog.
