I took my puppy in for a wellness check only. I advised no vaccines at this visit and had him set for his vaccines per schedule the following week. They took my puppy in and at some point decided to go ahead and give him all his vaccines and cancel his next appointment instead. I did not authorize any of it. Total breach of trust. You have to be able to trust your vet. Especially at a time when you are not even allowed to go in with your pet. Completely awful. We will find a new and trustworthy Vet for our pets.

It is hard to type this but we took our 4 month puppy in for an emergency in which they took her in immediately. They charged us with all sorts of x-rays, blood tests, and scans. Which at the time, we were okay with because we needed to know what was wrong with our puppy. When the tests were done, they called saying that they were not sure what is wrong with our puppy and that she may have some kind of "blockage". I called because my cat was seizing and it needed immediate care, when I called all they told well we can't help. My kitten died in my arms trying to get an Uber to get to the next closest vet which was about 20 minutes away. The lack of care from professionals that supposedly help animals is abysmal. I would give this less stars if it was even possible, no family member should ever be in the care of any person at this vet.

I dont know. so many people suggested we use this place. So my cat was sick and I brought him in. Well 300.00 later and the young girl who I am not sure was even a vet was not sure what was the matter with him. Then I called one day later to say I forgot I had a new to the neighbor coupon and was told sorry, you have to present that prior to the first visit. I took my Dog here for surgery as she had a hugh hematoma on her neck. I paid 850.00 for it to be removed. It came back a week later. I took her back to the hosp. and the only suggestion they had was for me to take her to another hsp. in Charlotte and then they had the nerve to charge me for a visit. I bought her back 2 days later because it was draining blood and leaking large amt's of fluid. The Vet would not see her, she said she was too busy to see me Dog. Dont waste your time and MONEY. First terriblly long wait time to get an appointment. Staff was curtious, with the exception to Isabel! After we decided to pass on outrageously expensive xrays she wouldnt even come back in to see us and our pet. Come to find out they xrays weren't even close to being nesecary. After doing ample amounts of research, I would say she has only general knowledge at best. Nothing near being able to educate us on the concern for our pet.
