Scheduling through the TourPass app allowed us to maximize our free time in Charleston. One note of feedback. People should realize the Magnolia plantation event will take up about 6 hours total. (5.5 hours at plantation with 1/2 travel back and forth from Plantation). Bus driver was very kind and got us to our 3:30 featured event without us missing the scheduled departure time. Lord Henry was great!

We eneded up not booking with them as they required that we have a smart phone, and we do not, However, they were able to return our $330 we had already paid with our credit card - even though their web page said there were no refunds. We went to Charleston's visitor center and booked all the same tours we had wanted with TourPass and the total fees was only $260.

Okay....let us get this straight.....you didn't even use TourPass, we refunded you although according to our policies we shouldn't have and you did way less tours than you would have otherwise by paying full price. Not sure if your 3-star review is even valid, however we do appreciate all feedback.

My husband and I purchased a one day pasa. Thankfully because the tours were absolutely horrible! I have complained to the tours but since I bought through tour pass they can not refund my money! Not worth it!

We were disappointed in the pass. We tried to do as much as possible to maximize our value. Even though you don’t have to make reservations for tours, you really need to. No one put us in ahead of others as the pass states. We didn’t get our value out of the pass. Will probably not do a pass again.

We do allow users to make reservations to all of the Featured Tours with the exception of the Riverboat Cruise since that tour never fills up. During peak season, some of the house tours (which don't require reservations) can fill up before the end of the day. We recommend and instruct to go there first thing in the morning (especially the Owens Thomas House) if you want to visit that attraction. This would happen with or without having a TourPass.
