One of the driver, a woman, was very rude when asking people to not talk during the ride so others could hear the tour. If someone has a problem they should be able to speak for themselves not have a driver treat adults like they are 2 years old, that is just rude. Everything else about it was great and loved hearing about the facts about the town and the history!

We get it....no one likes being told what to do. The Trolley Drivers are the authority on the tours. If they ask for compliance to make the tour better for all of the paying Customers then it's best to do as they ask. I purchased a two day tour pass, which cost double the one day pass. But was told the second day was not included. Very confusing.

Trolley Tour was oversold. We had the all day pass (an upgraded item on Tour Pass) and were not able to get a seat on the Trolley for the entire day. We would wait at the designated spot, it would pull up, and have no seats available- repeatedly. Frustrating! The other tours were okay. Would just do the basic pass. Everything on the basic pass worked out well.

I bought the 2 day option and as with many of these tourist passes, the idea is to visit as much as you can in order to get your money's worth, I think you can do it the first day. However, on the second day you will have less attractive options remaining to visit and more interesting options you want to go that are not covered by it. So my recommendation is to just get one day pass or just buy the trolley ticket and take the discount for the ones you are really interested on visiting. We had a 3 day pass. It was easy to use but we could not physically go to enough tour to make it financially worth while.

Each tour when done right takes at least 1/2 to 3/4 of a day. There’s just isn’t enough time with things spread out and with the length of time needed to get your monies worth. We did 4 events in 2 days and it would have been cheaper to do them separately. Since the pass only last 2 days it just isn’t worth it.

We were very disappointed in the Tour Pass in Charleston. We bought the two day pass and there was not enough time to justify the amount we spent. Next time I will just book what I want to see or do with no commitment to a certain number of tours.

While we did save money purchasing through Tour Pass, I'm not sure the sights were worth the price of admission. Some were narrated by animatronics and didn't last more than 10 minutes. While those that had human guides started at certain times (which we didn't find listed anywhere). You had to hope you arrived at the right time or you could be waiting an hour or more for the next tour.

they only hade 4 stops for HANDYCAP PEOPLE and was not very happy with the hop off hop on trolley. The 2 other feashed tours were good but the need to state with not hanycap assaible so it was a waste of money for me and they don't make seats very big. We had got them for St Augusteine on March 16 and 17 th.
