It was okay for the 3 day pass, I think it would be better to be able to use your pass for standard tours anytime. hard to schedule around your featured and standard tours.

Read the fine print and check to see if the places you want to visit are open. A lot of places are closed on Mondays and even Tuesdays.

There's 1 place that's closed on Monday....not 'lots of places'. Unfortunately the place that was closed was what you wanted to visit and we gave you a refund because of it. In the off-season the attraction closed Mondays due to Staffing issues. Thank you for the review.

Having to wait for the scheduled entries at the jail and store made it hard to get on with our day - we ended up skipping one because we just didnâ€™t have time to wait for the tour to start nor did we have time to spend on the actual tour. We had hoped to do a quick 15-20 minutes to get the idea and move on. I also do t think thereâ€™s enough time in the day to do all of the things you pay for, so watch that cost comparison if youâ€™re trying to keep to a budget.

A fight broke out on the public free bus transportation system and we had to quickly exit the bus to keep our family safe.

That's crazy - hopefully everyone was okay - we obviously can't control what happens on city buses and that you had a good time using TourPass

Hard to fit in all since some places are scattered.

Missed the walking tour and Yorktown tour. Got food poisoning ðŸ˜«. The Palmetto Carriage tour was great. Would appreciate a refund for the two missed.
