Was disappointed that the schooner event was canceled at 2:15 - and we were notified. Didn't give us much time or options to select an event for that afternoon.

Thank you for taking the time to review and sorry to hear the tour was cancelled. It was more than likely a last minute safety or mechanical issue that caused the unusual cancellation.

I went to several of the attractions but did not end up really getting the full value out of the pass. It doesnâ€™t help that almost every attraction closes at 5 pm so you donâ€™t have a full day to possibly attend. One nice benefit is having all the admissions grouped together rather than having to purchase tickets at every attraction.

If you buy two day pass you should be able to get on tour bus both days and fort should be included

Itâ€™s nice that it includes so many stops but each stop can take you an hour plus so youâ€™re lucky to do 4-5 things with it. And the trolly may stop every 15 mins but if your looking to go to the last stop it takes forever for it to get there between all the other stops

We didnâ€™t realize that we could not change a tour time unless it was at least 24 hours notice . The video makes it seems so flexible and easy to change a tour.

Yes, that's the policy for all tours even if you buy direct. The great thing with TourPass is that we allow automated rescheduling through the app 24-48 hours prior to the tour start times. This gives people the option to change tours with ample time.

Bought the tour pass to make the most of our visit to Savannah. Used the hop on hop off trolley. Pleased with drivers knowledge of city but only rode for short time as stops were crowded with people waiting for ride. Basically walked most of the way. Did the sunset eco tour which was fantastic. Highly recommended. As for the standard sites. They were all guided tours lasting over an hour and no ability to self tour. We were unable to use the pass enough to match the cost.

The pass offered a lot of places to see but you do need to use a lot of them to get your money's worth. The app was easy to use - both to make reservations and also to check in for a tour. Problem was, since this appears to be a third party app, if you have problems with a tour, it would be too difficult to arrange for another date. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are always available via phone (or you can text us for support at anytime) - we don't see any missed calls from your number in our system. We do see that you checked into 12 tours over 3 days which would have costed you $60 per person more than you paid with TourPass. We appreciate the 4-star review and will address any ongoing issues with the walking tour vendor.

I bought to have ready, but not been able to use any feature yet to review. I would like to make reservations ahead of the actual date, but it appears I have to do it that particular morning.

It stated on the site to cancel a choice to just go back and choose cancel but you can not on the trolley. The pass cost me over $500 for 3 people for 2 days and I could have done the same items for $200. A far as working it was great. Very easy to use and quick.

Thanks for the review. We most certainly do not make false claims. Integrity and transparency are what we are all about. We do mention on the app that you cannot cancel a tour within 48 hours of the tour departure time. Thatâ€™s a generally accepted standard in the tour business.
