Rafael is The Best! His customer service skills are impeccable. So patient. So courteous. A true gem in the industry. I drove over two hours to check out a truck I had seen online at Town East Ford. I would do it again to purchase another vehicle from Rafael & Town East Ford. From my initial call in through the post sale follow up calls, solely the best customer service from start to finish from not only Rafael, but every other employee I encountered. Top Notch, for sure!

I love my Platinum Ford Explorer. Our sales guy was great. The only suggestion I would recommend is LESS HAGGLING. Put your best foot forward (offer) and shorten the time spent trying to come to terms. The amount of time spent at the dealership to come to terms was too long. We still left very satisfied and that is what matters. Overall, we really dealt with great people and I definitely would be a repeat customer.
