Blake was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry, made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle best suited for us. No issues for my wife's very first service appointment on her new car!! Dropped it off, and y'all provided me a ride home. On top of that you also delivered her Explorer to our house when completed!!! Fantastic service! I'm assuming other Service people would have done the same, but I would especially like to thank Erica Reeves. Maybe it's just a normal part of her job, but she took care of us completely and I feel like she deserves special recognition!!!
