We were lied to about the value being given for a trade in and the truth didn’t come out until after a deposit had been paid and credit had been applied for. This place is shady. They intentionally don’t even post any prices anywhere in the building so they can lie about the value of your trade in vs. the value of the car they’re selling you. "You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for..." You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whole day. Additionally it needed a quick test drive from a mechanic apart from routine check up to make sure steering wheel is functioning properly. Last time I was in there they told me to never come back and I can not longer have my vehicle serviced there. They lied to be about helping me after removing certain things. After the final payment I was told that they sold it to someone else by mistake?. I had a same truck to buy in calgary but it was 6 weeks away. Now I lost that one too thx to these xxxxxxx.
