There is a high pitch loud squel that was happening when I was driving. So naturally I brought it in, had a video of the noise and everything. Sales person is great and he is very kind and helpful. When you go upstairs to finance the mess is there. I been sold an ECP for $1720 and it is posted at 1289. they kept me 3 hours and I was signing with out reading, it is not my first Toyota, I buy one every 4 years. Worst service department ever will never purchase nor visit this Toyota northwest location again worst staff ever, for a simple battery test under warranty they decide to push to end of day as I’ve seen service guys standing around with thumbs in there xxx and can’t even test a battery 3 months old what a waste of money Toyota is.

"Do not ever go to Coreena Wong. It was a terrible..." Do not ever go to Coreena Wong. It was a terrible experience for my cousin as a first new car buyer. Was very pushy and and was rude. Had to deal with her for over two hours after closing until the head manager came and apologized for our experience.

"Sold A Vehicle" sold my rav4 for a straight cash deal. He asked my price and we countered each other until we had agreed upon price. It was a Friday afternoon, so I would be able to get the check until Monday. After dropping off the vehicle however, they didn't offer a ride or even ask how I was getting home. They just kind of scattered once the car was in their possession. In my opinion, great service in the beginning, then lacking those finishing touches that would get me to be a Toyota customer.
