"Absolute Joke!" Its bad enough that I had no vehicle for couple days because of the long weekend. I had finally got roadside assistance to drop my car off at the dealer. "Felt cheated. Complain about the sales." Bought new Corolla little over two years ago from this delearship before it moved to 137 Ave location. The sales person then told me that the car did not have heated seats and the remote opening of back trunk but they will do it for me. "Be ware of this dealership!" Be ware of this dealership! Just bought a Sienna this month and found two added on services which was $600 they sneaked into my bill and we also spend $2600 for 3M and other plus services. First, all these paid for service which they told us would be life time warranty were found declined in our files, that meant we would not have access to any warranty at all in the future. "No Pressure, Wasn't Sketchy" Toyota Northwest is clearly centralized around customer service well before the sale or profit, and you can feel it immediately when you walk in the door. The stance seems to be developed around answering your questions, and providing you with information you request, rather than pushing you towards making a sale or upselling. "DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS" rated them 5/5 but revising to 1/5. THESE GUYS ARE LIARS. I contacted their General Manager Aaron Buck and he basically told me in gentler words to GET LOST I PLAN TO ESCALATE MY COMPLAIN TO TOYOTA CANADA They said they will update my maps at the time purchase- that didn't happen. They didn't provide me with the LUG NUT KEY and refuse to do so What CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Absolutely Terrible Service " Went there for 96 000 maintenance. When I booked they said they would honour a discount I receive from another Toyota. They didnt honour the discount on the parts. We spent nearly $800.00 They didnt even wash the vehicle. They took a floor mat. A month and a half after our visit the drivers side wiper blade broke which they unnecessarily replaced. They wouldnt replace it as a courtesy. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
"Sincere and proffessional service" I brought my car in to have its engine checked because I heard strange rattling sounds. It seems that the noise was something on a tire cover and after arriving the Toyota Northwest Edmonton service centre the sound disappeared. Nonetheless the service staff checked engine thoroughly to make there would be no problem.
