My sales consultant Tia Mervyn was absolutely great. She took the time to find the vehicle that I really wanted and work with me to find one that was close to my budget and found me the perfect one. I took in our Sienna van for repairs on recalled parts. They got us in right away and were able to do all the repairs in one day so that we wouldn't have to make an extra trip in July for the other repairs. The service person who helped me, Darien, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was very impressed with the service and staff at Toyota of Kirkland. I would highly recommend them.

Karl did a great job helping us find what we needed. Thanks for your patience, honestly, and help in getting the highest possible trade in value for us and finding us the perfect vehicle for our budget. Lee was also very positive and prompt in helping us sign all the papers, clearly an expert in what he does. The facilities are beautiful, the communication was excellent, and we are very happy with our new Highlander!

Great service and experience in last visit. They offered to complete the recall with my regular maintenance together when I visited. That saved my time, no need to come twice.

always a GOOD service team ... got a discount coupon from the fishing show last february that already expired but it was honored ...if that was another place, they probably charge me twice ... thanks again for not only taking good care of me but thanks for taking care of my car ...
