Great service and although the process is long to purchase a car Eugene, Efren and Moe made it a pleasant experience. Efren nailed my taste right on spot and the first car he pulled was the one I loved and ended up getting even though it wasn’t what I was expecting or the price I wanted, but I don’t regret it! I find this dealership to have one of the best service departments I have ever dealt with. This was the third repair event for me after moving to Bothell a year ago, and it was, like the other two, faultless. Mr. Wulff, my service manager for this event, did an excellent job in managing the repair work -- and some other maintenance tasks that were overdue.

My sales consultant Tia Mervyn was absolutely great. She took the time to find the vehicle that I really wanted and work with me to find one that was close to my budget and found me the perfect one. I had never been to this dealership before and I would definitely recommend them and her to anyone whom is looking for a new or used car.
