Great service. Our sales man listened to what we were looking for and did so well that when he brought us a car to test drive, it was the exact one we were looking at online. Toyota of Kirkland has always been reliable, friendly and professional. I like to wait for my car to be serviced. They have computer stations, a play area for the little ones, a "theatre" room, a small cafe, TV's set up in several areas, and free coffee/tea/pop. Linda is a wonderful service representative!

My recent experience with TOK"s service staff was excellent. The work involved periodic maintenance on my 2016 Tacoma (inferno red/orange). A side mirror was also replaced after my vehicle had an "encounter" with another truck. Much to my wife's dismay. The service person I dealt with was exceptional. I wish I could recall his name. Just checked. It was Shawn Lindsey. Even the hot dogs were good.
