A mega dealer with outstanding sales, sales management and customer service skills! We were going to buy a 2018 Toyota Sienna from Magic Toyota since they were advertising the exact vehicle we wanted. When we got to Magic Toyota we were informed that the manager had promised it to somebody else already. Can you bait and switch? Within ordered a new one exactly what we wanted. I was greeted right away, Ken Hamamoto was most helpful, courteous and just a good guy! The work was done in less time than I expected while I waited in a comfortable setting with coffee and goodies available. I also thought the price was reasonable. All around, I give Toyota of Kirkland a two thumbs up!

Being a young adult, this was my first time walking into a vehicle company and I loved the experience I had there. I walked in being interested in leasing the Camry. Alex Sagmoen gave me a tour of the car and took the car our on a test drive. Alex was really helpful and got the setup for leasing done fast. I also want thank the manager for understanding that I was sensitive on the pricing and was able to drop the price down a little bit. Thank you again Alex for doing a good job and I am loving my Camry!
