I was greeted right away, Ken Hamamoto was most helpful, courteous and just a good guy! The work was done in less time than I expected while I waited in a comfortable setting with coffee and goodies available. I also thought the price was reasonable. All around, I give Toyota of Kirkland a two thumbs up!

Being a young adult, this was my first time walking into a vehicle company and I loved the experience I had there. I walked in being interested in leasing the Camry. Alex Sagmoen gave me a tour of the car and took the car our on a test drive. Alex was really helpful and got the setup for leasing done fast. I also want thank the manager for understanding that I was sensitive on the pricing and was able to drop the price down a little bit. Thank you again Alex for doing a good job and I am loving my Camry!

We came in just to see if we could get a part and schedule an install. Totally not prepared for them having the parts and being able to do the install right then. Way to WOW your customers, TOK! We'll definitely be back and have already talked you up to some of our friends and family.
