They trashed my buddies truck on a test drive after a repair they sat on for weeks and offer to give him trade in towards a new truck. Give him a 2017 for totaling his 2016. That's called making it right when it's your fault.
Truly unacceptable business practices. Wrecking a paying customers vehicle and not compensating them is the lowest of the low. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves.
They didn't do what's right. Now they better fix it

How can a company not take responsibility for their actions. You guys crashed my buddy truck on the test drive after you guys had the truck for 3months fixing the mistakes made on the first repair. Now you offer my friend blue book value for a 2016 tacoma made him pay 3months of payments and cant even have a fair trade giving him a tacoma to replace the one you guys crashed. Waste of a company dealership, selfish, and care to much for the money and not their customers.
Wreck a customers vehicle and won’t own up to it? Sad!
