I had very good experience recently in Toyota of Kirkland. Staff Jennifer is my service representative who is very friendly and professionaly. She carefully listened my request and respond back quickly. I will come back again for my next service.

After 2 years of taking my Toyota Corolla here for service, I'm done. Yesterday, I came in for a 90k service. They called and told me I needed more than $3000 in repairs. They said I had multiple oil leaks to include a timing cover reseal. I had never seen oil leaks and questioned why 3 months earlier the car they've always serviced suddenly needed so much work. These people held onto my friend's Tacoma for months to do a recall service. After that, they crashed it on a test drive. Further more, they aren't willing to pay for it, just offer the KBB value towards a new one off their lot. Just horrible. Thousands of dollars and months wasted.

Crash my friends truck and then he is still making payments on the truck while in service????? Then the only response you give him is a KBB price for a new truck? Sorry horrible customer service take action Toyota of Kirkland! No way someone would feel comfortable buying or taking a truck in to service with you guys!
