With a lease ending on my Ford Fusion in a week or I had been doing my homework on what I might do next. If you're looking to buy a car from this dealer I encourage you to reconsider. I went in on Friday 1/4 to look at a Honda HRV. They suggested $4k+ of add ons and gave me finance options of 60, 72 and 84 months @ an interest rate of around 7% (which is pretty high for my credit rating). After negotiating and mutually agreeing on a cash price I made an appointment to come in today at noon. I wanted my dad to take a final look at the car before signing. Summary: Absolute wast of time and money. Poor customer-focused service, lack of organization, frustrating communication. Dropped my car for the second time since noise coming from the exhaust pipe was not fixed the first time, and also for service. The service technician called me mid-day to inform me that evaluation needed to be conducted but that I would need to pay for it, for which I asked her to proceed. Worst customer service ever. I had to get one thing fixed and they kept ordering wrong piece and had to make 5 trips. On my 4th trip they said it is all done and ready to go but when I checked it was not done. After asking they said that they fixed wrong one. Service guy said that he will add a note and as a courtesy they will do a full detailed cleaning for free. Called service to get appointment to replace headlight bulb. Asked price and was told it would be $10 and no labor charge which was great. I bought my car from them and have had it serviced here for 10 years. I bring it in and they insist on charging me $145.00 !! They just lost a loyal customer.
