Your first question should not be, “what color are you looking for in a car?” Do you do this with dudes too? Maybe ToK could benefit from “sensitivity training” like Starbucks, or some common sense training! Also, if I tell you I’m a person who likes to drive trucks, you’re response should not be “No you don’t. Girls don’t drive trucks.” Try again!!!

Never deal with warranty repairs at Kirkland! They lied about changing oil and declined repairs. Dont know about sales department but I will not be back for any parts or repairs here.

customers service overall is really bad! They didn't even send my licences plates in time. So I went TOK to pic it up they said they dont have it and couldn't do any thing about it, now as there to notarize it. I said what as re u kidding? they said you'll have to ride dirty for awhile without it. there lucky I'm a calm person! So I said ok if get a ticket I'm sending it to you and I walked out really pissed off! one week later still no plates, so I went back in. I brought my Tundra in to TOK for all of its services until I recently moved to Utah. Now the closest dealer to me is an hour away. Decided to change my own oil. Climbed under my truck to see what I would need to change the oil filter, only to see that my skid plate is missing. Called to speak to the service manager, he was unable to take the call because he was doing oil changes due to being short staffed. I bought a car there 2.5 years ago with the Toyota Care which means I send the car every 6months of 5k miles - whatever happens first - and has been running with no problems ever since. Although we're not heavy users (20K miles in 2 years), we can tell when the car is not well maintained or in need of a tightened up.
