This dealership wrecked a customer’s Tacoma while test driving it and are refusing to take responsibility for this by not compensating the man as they should. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. Do not conduct business with this dealership.

To see what they put their customers through is disgusting. Not sure how you can justify taking a truck back for a recall, messing up recall, crashing it on a test drive, keeping it for 3 months and then try to get the customer to take a equity loss while you try and sell him a new truck because you ruined his truck. Not okay.

They are trying to take Christmas away from the children, oh and they are less than likely to compensate you fairly if they wreck your car on test drive after repair.
