Not at all what a Toyota dealership should be. Doesn’t care about the customer.
This dealership wrecked a customer’s Tacoma while test driving it and are refusing to take responsibility for this by not compensating the man as they should. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. Do not conduct business with this dealership.

Terrible dealership for warranty work and has terrible customer service.
To see what they put their customers through is disgusting. Not sure how you can justify taking a truck back for a recall, messing up recall, crashing it on a test drive, keeping it for 3 months and then try to get the customer to take a equity loss while you try and sell him a new truck because you ruined his truck. Not okay.
