Shitty service and horrible work. After they forgot to reattach my drive line in my 2016 correctly during the rear differential gasket repair, then failed to diagnose the problems it caused for two months while they held onto my truck. (Replaced the differential, drive line and transfer case to fix the knocking noise). They crashed it on a test drive. After not having my truck for 3 months they're refusing to compensate me in any way. In the meantime I continued to make payments on it and made a dozen or so trips to the deal... read more
Trash pure and simple. Destroying a guys truck and refusing to compensate him for it. Every last one of you deserve to lose your jobs. You need a lesson in ethics.
Bring the anal lube if you want to do business here. I hear they'll keep your truck for months doing warranty repairs, wreck it test driving, then make shitty offers tying to get you into a new vehicle.
Losing business for not doing the right thing, when it's your company employees screwing up. Crashed and ruined a friend's truck, refusing to pay for it after having it for months fixing other issues.

I don't know how a dealership can keep a vehicle for 3 months not being able to diagnose and repair the problem. Then the icing on the cake wreck the vehicle during the test drive. What a joke! With no effort to make the situation whole this dealership makes the list of one of Toyota's worst
