This dealership will not own up to its mistakes. Steer clear as they cause more problems than they help solve in their service department and customer compensation. Ask my friend why his Tacoma got crashed on a test drive during repairs and the crap offer they gave him.
Not only are they rude on the phone, but they crashed my friend's Tacoma and refuse to rectify the situation. Take your business to a copy-paste dealer elsewhere.
Just wanted to shout out to Toyota of Kirkland in Washington state. After they forgot to reattach my drive line in my 2016 correctly during the rear differential gasket repair, then failed to diagnose the problems it caused for two months while they held onto my truck. (Replaced the differential, drive line and transfer case to fix the knocking noise). They crashed it on a test drive.
