Not only are they rude on the phone, but they crashed my friend's Tacoma and refuse to rectify the situation. Take your business to a copy-paste dealer elsewhere.
Just wanted to shout out to Toyota of Kirkland in Washington state. After they forgot to reattach my drive line in my 2016 correctly during the rear differential gasket repair, then failed to diagnose the problems it caused for two months while they held onto my truck. (Replaced the differential, drive line and transfer case to fix the knocking noise). They crashed it on a test drive. Perfect example on how not to treat a customer. The most important part of keeping a customer is after the purchase and you guys clearly don’t know how to do it. Btw do the right thing for Boris!!!
Did my boy dirty real dirty like my sister...left drive shaft loose and wrecked the truck on a test drive...
Worst dealership that cares for their customer they need to shut down immediately until they can fix their problem internally and own up to their mistakes they've caused for customers
