I don't know how a dealership can keep a vehicle for 3 months not being able to diagnose and repair the problem. Then the icing on the cake wreck the vehicle during the test drive. What a joke! With no effort to make the situation whole this dealership makes the list of one of Toyota's worst. I hear a lawyer is being contacted
How do you forget to properly reattach a driveline - get a second set of eyes on the jobs! Toyota America - be sure to add enough billable time for these jobs so the techs aren't rushed. But the dealer is at fault in this case. Make this right for this customer. You destroyed their vehicle.
