"Fast, friendly service" Wonderful, fast, friendly service from Toyota this week. Came in with a check engine problem without an appointment and they had me and my kids on our way again with a loaner car in less than 20 minutes.
"Excellent Service provided" Called at about 8AM to see if I could bring the 4Runner in to check on an oil leak Was told no problem as Toyota of Portland has one open bay for non-appointment service. Karina Lazaro checked me in and provided a very clear and thorough description of the plan to determine the source of the oil leak, fixing the leak. "New Prius XLE awd Purchase!" Walked in the dealership mid morning and was able to close a good deal on a new Prius xle. In addition to the purchase, the lead in the accessories dept was able to install a few upgrades and tint the windows within hours which allowed me to drive the car home the same day. Was very pleased with the quick turnaround experience.
