Great Customer Service!! Took my Corolla to get my Trunk fix at Renton Toyota. Service Agent, Ping, took care of me. I had another Recall Appointment for the following week and he was able to combine all the service together. I work in the customer industry and Ping knocked it out of the park. Very grateful and will definitely return again.
FJ Cruiser 160k Service Excellent Service! Below estimate for time and cost. CV Boots replaced and joint checked re-greased. Oil change vehicle inspection recommending filters and a couple of lamps to be replace. Battery is a watch item at 13 years old.

Great service experience I had a great experience Riz went above and beyond. I asked him if he knew any one who could get a dent out of my car and he said he would look into it and give me a call. He got it done and it turned out great. Free loaner was convenient too! It would of been great if they would of washed my truck.
