Same thing at toyota of Renton,OR service so bad they don't care about unit traveled from Miami and they say unit pass the 36,000m. Went at that time I only drive 5,000m since I purchased with 22,000m I hope toyota corporations know about how bad us. Dealer care they unit worry about some miles and leave clients with incomplete service trying make money. And I drove bad to FL w/o 3 filters replace. I hope someone call me to apologize and replace the 3 filters thanks Jorge comeron

Very sad:( they beat me up virtually for 3 hours and I left the dealership around 11:00 pm without a car. They called the next morning to apologize and I went back to buy the car and still got bad customer service! I would not recommend this establishment ! The car had a broken mirror and was keyed on the passenger side when I returned the next day. And Yes, I should not have bought the car but it was the car I wanted.

Nice but this is my second time here, and as the 1st time my car makes noise after they do oil change. The in cabin air filter makes loud sound

Was told that $98 published coupon would not be used, and I would be charged LEXUS prices ($200) for the oilchange because this dealer is owned by same as 2 local Lexus dealerships, and they "don't want to steal business". I'll NEVER go to any of them.
