We went in for a simple oil change and got hassled with a bunch of attempted "sell ups" that didn't seem necessary -- such as being told we need new brakes on all four corner after only 20,000 miles. And then the oil change was not done correctly -- the new 100% synthetic "water clear" oil was contaminated with some amount of residual old oil, so I don't know if they didn't fully drain the old oil, or if they didn't change the oil filter. And they didn't fill it up with new oil, but instead left us with the oil level already... read more

Bad service ! I bougt the extantation warranty for 7 yrs in Toyota and he said he couldn't find the record then I show him the hardcopy and he said he need to call the 3rd part of the warranty ? I signed the contract in Toyota not the 3rd part company!! And my front tire has nail and leaking air ! He asked me back to Costco to fix it because I bought at Costco store !
Worse service , they infect messed up my car. Bad service, they lie that they top up all the oils , wrong. They do not use paper pads & made my car dirtier & my mats dirtier. The service agents lie , to customers. I will not go there again, Renten Toyota.
Brought my 2023 Toyota Tundra in for its 30,000 mile service. Service advisor tried to charge me over $1400 dollars in completely unnecessary service items. When I asked for just the oil change and service I came in for it was only $130. They also wanted me to replace the rear brake pads that are at 50% of service life. I felt the service was very poor and trying to push me into unnecessary service items. Will be taking my business to another dealership.
