Awesome service everytime! Our seatbelt needed repair. Toyota (corporate) initially ruled it out as something that’s not covered by warranty, BUT Toyota (of Renton) decided to repair it anyway because I was a loyal customer. That’s some serious customer service! Jimmy Stewart, our service advisor, has always been great in assisting us whether for service maintenance, repair, recalls, etc. I’m sure all the other service advisors are very helpful as well, but Jimmy is just awesome! Owner Express lube service was great. Jonathan explained everything to be done to the vehicle and when service was done he explained again what was done to vehicle and also future service items that should be done.

60k check I went in for a routine 60k inspection, i appreciate how the service and sales staff don't try to sell me any extra services that I don't need. The honesty is welcome, other cat places will gladly sell you an oil change you dont really need, at Renton toyota, if you dont need an oil change just yet, they tell you to come back in another 5k miles. I feel like I can trust Renton toyota. Thank you!
