Oil change Don was very helpful and he told me that my engine air filter needs to be clean while doing the cabin filter. It’s great because they can check everything that needs to be done. I am satisfied with the service all the time.
New Happy customer of Toyota of Renton We do a lot of windowshopping before we buy cars and have experienced many car dealerships. We were very impressed how quickly we were given information on the phone about an internet car, and how Derek was knowledgeable on the car and had it ready when we arrived. It seems to be a well coordinated outfit between the departments. I felt our time was respected and not wasted.

Don't go on a Saturday Service, as always, is great! Ping is excellent at walking you through what you need and why etc. I've been bringing my car in for years and am happy with their service. Car wash is a bit iffy as they scratched my side windows. I've never gone on a Saturday before, but I learned my lesson to never do that again. Wait times are ridiculous for basic oil change and they apparently have fewer techs on Saturday even tho this is their highest volume day.
Mr FAC Stacy Service Advisor have a excellent job performance. She explained everything to me before and after the service is done. My review rating for me is a 5 star as a service advisor. Just keep it up and thanks
Great bunch of professionals in the service dept! Took my Prius in for a factory update and Terrance was absolutely wonderful, even the kid that gave me a ride to my biz was awesome!
Smooth Process! I am always so impressed with the service department efficiency and welcoming atmosphere. You always get me in and out with a smile on my face.
Yaris It took one hour and forty five minutes for and oil change minus the tire rotation and car wash. When I picked up the vehicle after completion of service I found personal documents on the passenger floor. The documents did not be long to any of the employees and the service department had know knowledge of how they were placed in my vehicle. This makes me think some one was joy riding😶
Service at Toyota of Rentonis excellent We’ve always had professional and friendly service here! We’ve also purchased a couple vehicles here and will most likely return when it is time for a new car.
