Oil change I came in for my regular oil change. They also did some recall work, informed me of my tire and brake status. Pointed out that I had a license plate light out and gave me the option of fixing it my self or having them repair it. They gave me a loaner to use while they serviced my car. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Repair I called service department ahead to make an appointment and was transferred to a Henry- at desk #4. Henry was very helpful and informative on the phone. When I arrived, he was again, very helpful ... and I also needed to purchase a battery which he handled. He made sure my car was also washed before I left. .... which I very much appreciate. ... Mrs.. Service was thorough and quick. The facilities were spacious and comfortable and the people there friendly and courteous. I definitely would recommend this dealership to others.

Jon was terrific to work with, knowledgeable! I prefer Toyota Renton to the Bellevue Toyota Car loaner and car wash:) and less noise in the waiting room. Also more diversity in staff....down to earth atmosphere.

Good service Service people are great. The facilities are fine but tend to be a noisy mix of music and whatever is playing on the televisions. The seats are comfie.
Oil change and services Toyota of Renton is the closest dealership to my residence. I always go there for my car’s oil change and services. All staff members are great! They have an outstanding customer service. Yesterday Bobby Tat helped me with the paperwork and services. I rate him 10/10. I have always had a great experience here.
