Was told that $98 published coupon would not be used, and I would be charged LEXUS prices ($200) for the oilchange because this dealer is owned by same as 2 local Lexus dealerships, and they "don't want to steal business". I'll NEVER go to any of them.

Toyota didnt change floor mat
Poor service with Valet service.
Thought Id give them a second chance but got the cold shoulder. Going elsewhere for my services.
My Toyota Sienna cant adjust rear wheels alignment that the Toyota tech said .
Mechanic left his greasy shoe prints on the plastic light grey rocker panels. Also carpet was pulled out from under the trim and not replaced in its original tucked in position. Not the quality I am used to seeing from Toyota Renton.
Car has not been cleaned and washed
