Service Experience Great Service. Enjoyed the shuttle car and transportation to/from work. Thomas was very friendly shuttle driver and I believe he made the service appointment enjoyable.

60k service and front brake repair Excellent customer service, quick repairs and service despite being on a Saturday. Have always taken my Toyotas in for service there and have never had any issues.
Senior sister I was pleased with how carefully the list of car parts and systems were gone over with me both before and after the big (90,000 mile) service I had done. I was given a loaner car of my choise out of 3 or 4. I was treated respectfully and did not have to wait long to be helped.
Great Service Experience Henry in the service department was excellent. In a matter of minutes he reset the dashboard programs and display that I had accidentally unprogramed. Then, since my service was expected to last several hours, he arranged for a loaner car. Henry was professional, friendly and competent. The service was completed on time as promised and everything was done in one visit. I’m very satisfied!
Love the customer service at Toyota of Renton Just purchased my second vehicle from Toyota of Renton. Buying a car can be a long process but these guys make it easy. So easy that when it was time upgrade from my 2016 Corolla I went back and purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from them. I do all my maintenance with them and plan to continue. I will probably be back in a few years to buy from them again!
