Customer service So far I am so satisfied with the services the Toyota staff had given me. They were nice and accommodating and they gave immediate responce to whatever is your concern about the car.
Oil change. Tire rotation Customer service was A one! Car ready exactly as promised. Thomas was especially pleasant behind the counter. This was the second time I have used this service center and both visits have gone especially well.
Routine Oil chage and replace a rear lightbulb Ping was excellent at listening to what I thought may be a problem noise in my car. We went on a test drive and my car seems to be OK. Ping was knowlegeable and a good listener which I appreciated. l change was About and an hour and a half. Plus he reassured they checked everything. And they replaced my rear light. Thank you.
I came to replace a lost smart key Riz, the rep who attended to me, ensured that I got prompt service. I will be willing to have more service at this location in the future
Consistently great service Bought this car at this location in 2004 and they were great then and service has been superb! Communication and explanation of repairs needed are so good.
Renton Toyota service department My experience at Renton Toyota was the best. My service agent, Stacy, was as always very knowledgeable and personable. She showed care about me as well as my car. Her handling things for my service was to me the deciding factor. She is great on detail, even when she's busy.
