Oil change/check up The service rep who helped me was great. Professional, courteous, open, and upfront. He also made sure all my questions were answered. I have never had a problem with any of the staff here.

Oil change My Advisor, RIZ gave me Superior customer service on Saturday December 1, 2018. He informed me that at my next oil change that I will probably need to have my front brakes replaced. I was glad that he gave me heads up , so that I could plan in advance for it. RIZ was very knowledgeable, courtesy, kind, and very considerate. Thanks so much!
Ms. G I brought my car for detailing and Boy ! They did excellent job, I never thought possible my car to look this good because we neglected for a while after taking road trips on it few times. They did wonderful job cleaning all that dirt and stains out. Thank you Toyota of Renton.

Battery Replaced I took my car in yesterday to have the battery replaced under the available parts/labor special. Check in was, as always, quick and efficient. I work next to the dealership so walked over to work and received a call within an hour that my car was ready. Always receive really great service at this dealership with courteous service reps who always ask to make sure I’m getting the work done that I requested and also advising of things that need attention. Top notch dealership.
