Oil change Came in for an oil change , then was told that they recommend fuel injector clean up, timing belt, 18 point inspection, filter change etc.. with a quote of $2100.00, i did not have that amount of money so just did the oil change.
Owner. Clueless woman about car problems. know bet Didn’t know jumper cables hooked up wrong did damage. Towed to dealership where Ping helped me through process. He couldn’t have been nicer or more informative. Lady who brought repaired car out was lovely. So nice. Definitely 5 star experience!

Great service I love the area of service because you don’t need to make an appointment. My car is really long ever due for 70,000 miles. The Everett Toyota, I have no luck of getting good service, sad to say. So even I am far from Renton I will drive that far to get my car done. Very friendly, fun and professional staff. Great service.

service This was a regular 65,000 mile service. Basically this was an oil change and service check. The people and process were friendly, efficient and thorough.
Excellent Service Purchased a pre-owned truck through Toni Blair, who understood my budget and recommended a very well maintained vehicle which suited my needs perfectly. After I picked up my “new”truck a couple of repairs were unfortunately required, and Toni made sure the service department was expecting me and they listened carefully to my description of the problems and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis and repairs.
