Second time using APM. One in California 2021(Micheal Quinn) and recent in Washington 2023 (Tracey Bolen). APM has a great team and professionals that has excellent work ethics. Tracey’s team we’re excellent in communication and made sure we were aware of every step of the transaction. We informed them of our bad experience with Carrington Mortgage services (to assume a VA rates) that we had problem with CMS Communication and won’t respond on time and need to close early as we wasted months with CMS.
