The level of customer service and sale skills of Tracy is over the top. She listens to your needs and plans the mortgage program around those needs. And she was able to get a better interest rate. The only thing I have to say is we have to cut down on the time that it takes to get the process done. That's my only complaint.

The buyer has some issues, but Tracy worked with them and we worked them out. We had an issue with the house and Tracy keep everything moving while the issue was taken care of and went far and beyond making things work well for the Buyers and the Seller was very Happy with everything she did.
