Tracy came across as both highly professional and yet measured - especially in the early stages when I first started my internet search for a mortgage. I was inundated with emails, texts and phone calls by all of these companies (which I knew would happen, but it seemed they only way to make sure I would get the 'best deal'). She struck me as the most genuine and that was what I needed to go forward. The rest of the process was, of course, as easy as reasonably possible.
